Excel Truck Group is seeking a Parts Inventory Coordinator to join our team at our brand-new dealership Ashland, VA.

Essential duties/responsibilities:

Work closely with our Warranty department and our Parts team to ensure the timely handing of all parts. Able to document through our inventory system and manufactures return program all core returns.

• Lead the receiving and inventory process, from inventory to delivery.
• Ensure that our Inventory is accurate and maintained a proper level as defined by our company.
• Perform and support our cycle counts to maintain the integrity of our inventory.
• Support the regular updating our inventory records.
• Work with the Parts Inventory Manager to ensure all policies and guidelines are being followed.
• Embrace our Safety Culture and Policies. Leads by example by supporting our Elite Support principles.
